Roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for handling overall finance activities of IT staffing across all entities
- Responsible for finalisation of IT staffing – 3 entities
- Responsible for handling taxation – LTDS, Tax assessment, GST and other statutory payment and oversee compliance
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan and tracking of Actual Vs Plan
- Responsible for managing monthly closing and MIS reporting
- Responsible for DSO/ receivables and payables tracking
- Responsible for handling the internal audit, Statutory audit, Quarterly Limited review and preparation of financial reports
- Responsible for supporting business with business modelling and analytics
- Enhance the financial processes for profitability and revenue growth.
- Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.
- Responsible for IT implementation relating finance & accounts
- Responsible for pricing policy adherence
- Responsible for handling overall financial activities of any new IT staffing acquisition
- Manage finance team for the delivery of monthly targets successfully.
