Roles and responsibilities

  • Responsible Accounting and bookkeeping: day to day accounting, , monthly closing and monthly MIS and reporting
  • Responsible for gathering, analysis and reporting of financial data on a periodic basis to all stakeholders (daily/weekly/monthly/ Quarterly): Preparing consolidated statements for stakeholders in accordance with requirements
  • Responsible for preparation of consolidated financial statements for quarterly Limited Review (LR)
  • Responsible for preparation of consolidated financial statement as per Ind AS for yearly statutory audit
  • Assist VP – F&A in M&A / Fund raising / IPO activity/ credit rating etc f) Preparation and monitoring of budgets, reporting for unfavorable variances
  • Assist in implementation of strategic initiatives of Company including System and Technology improvement
  • Developing models and analysis for risk and forecasting

    • Responsible for finalisation of IT staffing – 3 entities
    • Responsible for handling taxation – LTDS, Tax assessment, GST and other statutory payment and oversee compliance
    • Preparation of Annual Operating Plan and tracking of Actual Vs Plan
    • Responsible for managing monthly closing and MIS reporting
    • Responsible for DSO/ receivables and payables tracking
    • Responsible for handling the internal audit, Statutory audit, Quarterly Limited review and preparation of financial reports
    • Responsible for supporting business with business modelling and analytics
    • Enhance the financial processes for profitability and revenue growth.
    • Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.
    • Responsible for IT implementation relating finance & accounts
    • Responsible for pricing policy adherence
    • Responsible for handling overall financial activities of any new IT staffing acquisition
    • Manage finance team for the delivery of monthly targets successfully.
