Roles and responsibilities

  • Identify organisation’s current staffing needs and produce forecast
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment & selection process (candidate screening to offer generation) and ensure that the open positions are closed within the given TAT
  • Shortlist best fit talent through various sources of recruitment and networking based on relevant experience, behavioural, functional & financial aspects
  • Conduct HR screening & ensure release of offers as per TAT on the quality parameters & fitment of the position
  • Negotiate best offer to the selected candidates considering the fitment criteria and budget allotted
  • Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
  • Ensure pre-joining formalities through team
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Supervise and direct the recruitment team and guide them whenever required
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centres or other events  
  • Identification of new vendors, agreement preparation & renewal of the same, coordination with them to expedite the hiring process & release their payment on time as per agreement clause.
