Roles and responsibilities

  • To execute the Quarterly, Mid-Year and Annual PMS Process
  • To create & maintain Standard Operating Procedure document for PMS
  • Partner with C&B team for the sending the Merit Increase letters based on Increment Cycles
  • To share monthly, quarterly & annual analysis on PMS.
  • To provide training & refresher workshops related to PMS to Unit Companies whenever required
